We carried out the renovation of the electrical distribution for the mechanical services within this six story office block. The original installation comprised of a mechanical control panel at roof level which supplied chillers, boilers and fan coil units throughout the building, this arrangement wasn’t billed to each tenant on a floor by floor basis. We removed all of the original controls and cabling throughout the installation, with the exception of the supply cable.
This cable was reused to supply a new MCCB panel and local distribution board at roof level. The new distribution board fed six new VRV's one for each tenant's area, these were then metered with MID approved meters at roof level so the usage could be charged to each tenant individually. We also installed new radial circuits from the tenant's local distribution board to the newly installed fan coil units.

New containment, cable trays and metal trunking.
Installation of new three phase distribution boards.
Small power circuits, three phase supplies to condenser units, radial circuits to spurs feeding fan coil units.
Installation of MID approved metering for billing.
Electrical installation certificate issued on completion.
