A complete electrical renovation in the basement of a central London office.
We carried out the renovation of this staff canteen and commercial kitchen within the basement of an central London office. We where given a brief and budget to designed the lighting, electrical circuits, containment and distribution systems. The brief required a semi industrial look so we choose a linear lighting fixture which brought out the feature of the brick arch by using indirect linear LED strip.
We also created a pendant light fitting on the stairs using a series of black surface conduits. All accessories where MK Metalclad which extend the industrial look whilst providing a high quality that will last for years.
Works included
New containment, cable trays and metal trunking.
Supply a full set of working drawings, which coordinated with the kitchen installers.
Installation of two new three phase distribution boards.
Specify and install lighting throughout including emergency lighting.
Emergency lighting alteration, electrical installation and fire alarm commissioning certificates issued on completion within an Operation and Maintenance manual.
Electrical installation certificate issued on completion.
