Full electrical installation of a private gallery viewing room in Mayfair, London.
We carried out the full Electrical installation of this private viewing room in Mayfair London. The installation was carried out in line with the specification set out by the electrical engineer from Jared Engineering Ltd. The installation comprised of a Lutron lighting control system complete with shading.
Each window had two shades which were concealed within the joinery one was a black out blind and the other was a 25% sheer blind to remove direct sunlight for the space The shading and lighting was controlled from an I Pad which was mounted in the wall back of house leaving the wall space in the gallery clear for works of art.
Works included
New containment metal trunking, cable tray and steel conduit.
Single phase sub mains and distribution equipment.
Small power installation of Wandsworth paintable sockets, Cable Duct Floor Boxes & supplies to air conditioning condensers.
Emergency and Architectural lighting utilising three channel lighting track and down lights all fixture had gallery spec LED light sources.
Lutron lighting and shading control system, including blinds and I Pad user interface.
Voice & CAT6A Data installation, all cabling was certified with a Fluke DTX cable analyser
Emergency lighting alteration, electrical installation and fire alarm commissioning certificates issued on completion within an Operation and Maintenance manual.
