We helped turn a terraced house in Battersea from a run down property into a high end rental asset.
We carried out the Electrical Design and Build of this renovated terraced house in Battersea. The client remit was to turn this run down property into a high end rental property, The accessories chosen were manufactured by Focus SB giving the high end finish required. The client also required the lighting to be on dimmers but didn’t want standard rotary dimmers as he felt these weren’t robust enough for a rental property, he also didn’t want the complications of a control system.
We sourced, supplied and installed inline dimmers manufactured by Mode lighting. These dimmers operate on volt free contacts meaning the can be controlled by push buttons which are more robust the a standard rotary dimmer, this also offered the ability to have two way dimming which wouldn’t be possible with standard dimmers.

Small power 13A sockets, cooking appliances, Internal LED lighting throughout was a combination of GU10 lamps and linear lighting.
External lighting controlled in groups by an Heatmiser timer which could be controlled via an app on a mobile device.
Installation of Heatmiser Neostat zoned heating control system with app control via mobile device.
CAT6 Data cabling installation, all cabling was certified with a Fluke DTX cable analyser.
Installation of video entry phone system.
Electrical installation, fire alarm certification and registered Part P building control.
